Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen. Hello! My name is Anne Phung Nguyen. A Vietnamese American entrepreneur who lives with her incredible partner JP and her family in Orange County California. Henry is a very happy and lucky father. People know me best through my Instagram page, @annephung. Here I tell my tale of highs, lows and everything in-between. My family moved to America. In the age of one and a quarter, I joined my parents. My parents were my inspiration and helped me become successful. My goal was to study to graduate, and then get an employment that was good. Then I wanted to have a family and a wife. It was my idea of what success looked like. But the reality of life changed my thoughts. In 2013 I found myself dreading going to my corporate job the money and status didn't bring me happiness- I felt like I was wasting my time to earn a living even though I knew I was meant for more. When I started to take steps to a new path in life I discovered the importance of personal training and that's what I wanted to do. I'm a sucker for fitness, and I love being around people and helping them. In 2014, I launched my small business and this 2021 will see me celebrating my 7th birthday. Very few Asian women have a job in the fashion industry. I strive to be a change maker within the business to offer the best coaching and guidance to help individuals to be healthier and happier individual by developing an environment that is sustainable and meets their personal needs and goals. It is my aim to encourage others to chase their goals and lead the lives they've always wished for. When my business was taking the air I also lost my mom. This loss is the hardest of all. After battling for eight years with Scleroderma, she is currently resting on Heaven. I am forever grateful to her and will always remember her in my mind and my heart. Life really does have the ability to provide us with precisely what we require, even when we're unable to see the lesson at the time. The passing of my mother changed me in so many ways and I believe my Mom gave me another opportunity to live my life after her death. The day she died was Tet/Lunar New Year Day, she died. It was now time to go on into her new chapter, and my chance to live one that was meaningful and enjoyable. Now into my 30's I'm alive and alert. of the fact that I live my life now instead of merely surviving as I was in my past. My intention in telling my story is to inform you that you're not alone. I hope that you believe that love is real and that therapy can be regular. Your health is truly your most valuable asset. Because death is all that we can have I want you to enjoy your life and die with no regrets.
